Refund policy
Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, please provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or personal care products.
